【摘 要】通过对品管圈内涵的阐述，介绍了中国大陆医疗机构发展品管圈活动的10余年中，其过程虽跌宕起伏，却也取得了阶段
性的成果。但随着对品管圈操作手法和实践运作的深入了解，一系列问题浮出水面，通过对其典型的主题选定、真因验证、对策拟定
与对策标准化4大症结的分析，针对问题提出了对策建议。

【Abstract】The development of QCC in medical institutions in Mainland China has gained a stage achievement in the past ten years, though
experiencing ups and downs. With further understanding of the QCC operating practices, a series of problems surfaced. A detailed and in-depth
analysis and study of the typical four crux including theme selection, real cause analysis, countermeasures development and standardization were
analyzed and some suggestions were put forword.
